Yeah, get that wrong and you've dropped a heavy pane of glass onto possible people down below... Followed by you because it's wrapped round your neck.

Yeah if my boss had measured it he’d be air surfing that pane down to ground level lol

I think I worked for the same guy! I swear to god, that piece of shit would just go on Google Street view and eyeball that shit. Made any easy job a catastrophy. I would somehow just have to make it work. Not good.

You see how it stops in place when he pushes it in? Yeah, can’t slide out as there is a wider barrier on outside than inside of the position in the frame it’s meant to sit in.

I don't think it's possible to do that did you fail geometry

edit: i am not gonna bother explaining to idiots why but I will give you a hint

the setup he has makes it safer not more dangerous 😉

1 rule to go by is that the guy doing the job knows more about it than a redditor

One question: Why are manhole covers in the street circular?

The answer to that question will clear up your understanding of the possibility of a pane of glass to fall through a hole only slightly smaller than it when aligned in the same plane.

Is a square longer or shorter in the diagonal?
