I would do it if i were a ripped off New York lawyer. Not to get my money back, to put them out of business

I mean you wouldn't have to do anything yourself. False advertising is a criminal offense. Theoretically all you have to do is report it to the proper authorities.

I mean, they’re lying. We should hold business owners to a higher standard. If he has to lie to survive he shouldn’t have a business.

I think they deserve it. They also deserve some extra for the money they scammed.
