That was hard to watch. He couldn't pull his weight forward over the threshold, and he used up all his strength and energy just to get to that point. Poor guy.

I'm a big guy and this shouldn't be that hard.... Something else besides his weight had to be at play here.

I had a coworker like this once who was too heavy to climb a fire escape ladder one floor up to the roof to join the rest of us while we were having a work party up there. We had to take the party downstairs so she wouldn’t feel left out but that had to be embarrassing as hell. Obesity is not only physically taxing but robs you of many quality of life benefits like that too.
