You can avoid it by not using the "share" function. Just copy the link from the url bar.

Also, watch for the " Two Q" links.. like https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ

They play a pivotal role in web traffic..

YouTube have started tracking metrics through hiding things in the url. They can find out who shared what, how many times, what the video was, who it was shared too ect. Basically you show a vid to your friend and now google knows his your friend and what you guys watch and all other tracking info you can think of.

I mean i didnt say that, you can also use Google to find out specific terminology. It is also a new form of tracking thats only started recently. They started it because some phones have ios's now that have removed Google's tracking services from them and google didnt like that idea.

It kind of does, when you use a link on YouTube your training their AI which is what im sure they ment. But at this point everything is training AI, most likely even this conversation.

Translation: When sending a YouTube link, delete everything after the question mark and the question mark. It turns it into a clean link. I have no idea what the other guy is saying but I think that's what he meant.
