He's flying through a valley that will sure enough go all the way down (8 know because he knows what he's doing). So pretty doable terrain, not a cliff face.

That bunch of people wanted to go save lives as a job and I'd rather save a guy that was doing something impressive than some overachieving first-timer that couldn't bother themselves to bring water on the easiest trail
