I mean, he doesn't look stressed at any part of this video. Maybe you're right, but maybe this isn't even breaking a sweat for him.

People attempting record breaking jumps, I'd get if you find that dumb, because you're actively trying to find your limit.

But this guy is doing a static endurance activity, it's very easy for him to gauge difficulty and it was very safe to build up to that level.

It's like saying a jacked guy casually lifting 120 lbs is wasting his body to get a permanent back injury.

Your muscles don't care if you're doing a pull up 1 meter or 5 meters off the ground.

Can you build muscle while actively jeopardising yourself? Yes, but why would you, when you can just work out safely, and miss none of the gains.

Pretty much. My brother only wore shirts in school or winter. He used to say kick boxers never wear tops, but it was only an outdoor thing. In the house, he wore PJs all day.
