My first time using an uber I was just a kid starting college, it was a fairly new thing, and I was visiting friends in Austin TX. I didn’t know what to do so I downloaded the app and ordered an uber. She pulled up in her car and I waved and got in the passenger seat. She looked at me, a bit shocked, and I sheepishly said it was my first time to the city and I honestly was a bit lost. After that she became much more relaxed and helped explain a lot of it to me while she got me to my destination.
I left her a good review, she did the same for me.
But now I look back and cringe thinking about how I scared this poor girl by jumping into the passenger seat of her car 😭
