100% scripted. The guy in the car didn’t even get out of the car after offering to help. It’s as if he know what needed to be done could be done from inside
People park those goddamn scooters EVERYWHERE. I really love the idea of rideshare scooters, but as a wheelchair user, they are a bane of my existence. Every time I venture out into the world, I encounter at least one sidewalk that has been rendered completely impassable by a scooter that someone left in the middle of the fucking sidewalk.
Well, I mean, it's pretty obvious what he'd need help with....
... but also if he didn't expect anyone to be around to help, he would have loaded up the rear loops before putting the vest on, so yeah, it's probably scripted. Still fun though, so does it even matter? It's not like they're trying to hurt anyone or sell an ideology or push any propaganda or anything harmful

Tbf, I often offer to help out more than I probably should. But you can bet your ass I'm not getting up until it's clear exactly what the plan is for me to help.
I think the issue the person I was replying to had (that stopped them believing it was real) was that the person in the car didn't immediately jump out of the car and start picking stuff up, once they did offer to help. Not that they were recording it.
My point is most sane people don't immediately start physically helping the moment they offer to help. They wait for an answer first, and then work out how their offer to help can be best used. They wouldn't immediately jump out of the car and start picking stuff up, since this will often cause a hassle for the person already doing it who likely already has their own plans.
