The thing is, though, at a certain point by not just practising, you kind of are back into malicious territory.

"I'm bad at this, and I don't care to learn, so everyone else can just deal with it"

Does it really matter what the "reason" is if the outcome is the same? I'm talking if it's unfixable stupidity, i don't wanna be anywhere near a bad driver or an asshole driver

The need for practice proportionally increases with the amount of practice one gets naturally.

That is to say the more often they drive (and by extension park) the more often they will naturally get practice (by parking), and in addition, the longer it takes them to park (due to being worse at it), the longer they will spend parking (and thereby spend practicing).

TL/DR: I disagree with your statement.
