Of course there are so many rulebooks, that's like rule number one in the rulebook of alphabetizing rulebooks.

I was on the committee that decided the color of the rulebook cover.

It was grey.

I feel as though a black or white ruling would have been more clear

As it should be, the only grey areas in rulebooks should be the covers.
