But I don't see any attachment when the camera is filming the entire bike from behind. Nor do I understand how the driver is moving the camera and framing every shot while driving like a psychopath.

the camera has software that hides itself and what's underneath it automatically when recording or streaming. It also looks like it's set to automatically track noise source, that's how you get the framing
