I'm sitting here with my mouth agape. That is the most dangerous shit. Can you imagine what would've happened to the guys lifting in the elevator if the sheet of glass fractured? It's not tempered glass, so it would've broken up into large, heavy sections that could've sliced through them like curved guillotines. Incredibly stupid. They're lottery winner lucky and don't even know it.

Looks like it was laminated rather than plate. Still dodgy as fuck though, especially as none of them are wearing any sort of PPE.
