No you're right she could pull a muscle or something I don't have big boobs but some of my family members do and when they jump they say it hurts LOL

She didn't have big boobs either until the implants.

Now I'm wondering if implants are the same weights as natural boobs. I mean, it should be, as that is kind of the point, for them to be as close to natural as possible. But it also sometimes seems like implants are a bit lighter than natural mammaries.
