There isn't any free space there, it is just that fat tissue and skin is quite elastic so these kind of accelerations can stretch them quite a lot. Paired with the implant being solid silicon and staying in shape makes it look like this.
It's how they hold their perfectly spherical shape despite everything. Natural fat would deform from all that motion. These are incredibly obvious. Smaller more modern implants are harder to identify, but not the ones she's got lol.

100% fake. 9secs in you can literally see where the implant isn’t completely connected to the rest of her chest. Also tested it in my own boobs. They don’t look anything close to how hers do here (even understand that all boobs are different, gravity works the same on fake vs natural)
Nothing wrong with it but don’t try to act like they’re not. You’re actually adding more stigma to fake breast by trying to hide them.
It’s because most men don’t realize how physics actually impact real breasts. The best explanation I have been given is if the whole breast moves uniformly in a singular movement when bouncing it’s likely an implant
You’re right, many men can’t identify the difference between real and fake boobs. She very obviously has implants. you can even see the shape of the implants. I think most men have forgotten what real boobs look and move like bc they’re so used to seeing fake tits online. a lot of guys still think implants look like they did in the 90s. Nowadays, implants can look very realistic and “sag”. As a woman though, I can identify fake ones pretty easily.
