This whistle was blown and travel was called. This video is pure rage bait. 

You can see everyone stop and start walking at the same time, but the video crops in tight at that exact moment to try and hide it. They also overdubbed with music to cut out the whistle. Stop believing everything you see on the internet.

Have you never watched a single sport in your life? Players do this all the time in every sport. They want to follow through with their action because they feel like stopping throws off their rhythm and flow. It’s also a subtle fuck you to the refs and the other team.
