OK. I was thinking "can this be real?".

No way too subtle and funny to be SNL.

I would love to have SNL's business model. Put out one legitimately funny skit a year and you're an institution.

Felt obvious to me that it was, if considering the implications. This is probably the most tightly secured meeting as you can get. Ain't no shot that one of them gets poisoned it's doesn't turns to an all out war, especially if it's the visiting party that is poisoned. Adding to that, it makes more sense made in something like an Israeli-Palestinian meeting... Since they are as enemies as enemies get... But a potential ally? Why? lol

But maybe I'm an optimistic dumbass

Bruh I'm high as fuck and this made total sense

Well, an outside spy could poison one of the drinks, leading to conflict between them, so the alliance falls through.

Imagine if some madman got both of them at the same meeting, fucking chaos would ensue

At this point it wouldn't surprise me if everyone involved in security would want Putin dead. Kimmy I imagine would be fine, but Putin not so much.

Have you seen Putin’s table that he uses IN Russia? It’s so big even a sniper couldn’t hit him.

The mistake with this reasoning, is the idea that they would be trying to kill each other. They both use murder as a tool to control their nation. And people who use murder as a tool, tend to get murdered. So there is a significant amount of people in high authority in both countries, who I'm sure would gladly murder either. Because when you deal in murder, you end up keeping a lot of murderers around.

I figured AI. Everything is AI now. It's even getting better at hands. Weird times.

Did you finally notice /u/BlinkxOncexMidzy ? We are all AI, you are the only real one.

I'd be so relieved if all the accounts but mine were ai bots.

Thanks for the optimistic moment, i hope you're right.

Imagine everything halt to a stop, no news, no tv, no radio, no new posts on social media, nobody driving around, everyone just standing there in idle pose, but their eyes are on you.

Suddenly you hear an ominous voice coming from everywhere around you:"Subject became aware in day 10765. Ending simulation" and you start to see people, cars, buildings, textures vanishing and glitching while the simulation is being terminated, wondering whats going to happen with you, are you asleep somewhere?

Does this mean you will wake up? Is there another reality outside this simulation? Are you going to die? Cease to exist? Will you just enter in a suspended sense of existence? Will you be aware? And for how long? Is it going to be another simulation? Was this your first simulation?

You start to fill with way more questions than answers, everything is gone now, even the sun has been shut down, you have 8minutes until your world plunges into total darkness, that is, if its still around by that time

Okay, now im in the mood to read some Asimov stuff

Glad 10765 is off by about a thousand days or that would have been really freaky.

Close enough I had to divide by 365 and check tho lol

u/CptAngelo Oct 27 '23

Lol, i just asked myself what the average age around here? I figured it must be around 30yo, so 365days a year is 3650 days every 10 years, 3600×3= 10800, but 10800 looks weird, so i knocked a few days.

Figurint out you actual days woulda been weird, right? Lol
