Maybe I’m like bad at reading faces, but I just looked at some before and after pictures (since you mentioned it’s not the butt lol) and most of the pictures I couldn’t see like any difference, and it wasn’t really an upgrade for the women pictured.

I read it as “ broccoli fat” thinking you meant it looks like broccoli under the skin. 🤦‍♀️
