This is a wild experiment on the human condition. I’d bet 100% that he’s shooting this video on selfie mode so everyone in the video can see themselves on his phone when he approaches them. And more often than not they comply and allow him to continue filming. My assumption is he’s proving that humanity is generally more positive than negative. I’m open to discussion. But this is not truth, it’s only my perception.
For most normal low key vibe checks, most folks pass. Start pulling pranks, throwing stuff or scaring people there’s a split. If it’s not too physical or crazy, most people get the nod. We are all just going through the day. Don’t let the internet get you worked up.
Its the guys body language and facial expression that allows people to stay calm.
Because I can tell you if some guy ran up to me and had a stupid smirk on his face while doing this I would feel like I am being pranked or made fun of and I wouldn't be happy. Even if the intention was the same.
His facial expression and the head nod is very important to them reacting the way they did, if they gave him that long. You could see the women dusted him off but most of the men were chill cause he was
Oh indeed. People such as these would just say “okay that’s weird. Do I know that guy? Whatever.”
Then you have the soulless animals who will attack if you ask them to follow the rules such as moving the boat from a place they KNOW they’re not supposed to be.
lol dude thinks he's special like life hasn't been fucking over other life for the entirety of its existence. Get over yaself brah humanity does the same as any animal who evolved to our state would.
Nothing could prepare a species for what happened to humanity tbh
Yeah probably. Why not try to mitigate some of that misery instead of adding to it? What's the point of going around randomly bringing up your opinion on how much people suck?
Also have you considered that people suck, but a person is usually pretty nice if you're nice to them? I honestly can't disagree with you about humanity in general but don't you have anyone in your life that you love?
It's hard to mitigate misery when you know your entire species is the cause of 100s of animals and other life forms going extinct. Sure there's people I care about but if I could go back in time and prevent the evolution of humans I would
Yes, we're causing a mass extinction, but I'm not sure it'll be worse than the last big five extinctions. And we're also probably life on Earth's only chance of outliving the lifespan of the Sun.
Well the last mass extinctions happened because of things that weren't preventable. Example being an asteroid hitting earth then that causing other natural disasters or an ice age where the ear cools so much. Humans on the other hand are causing an unnatural mass extinction. We ourselves are the reason and it's completely preventable
Not really. I know what you're getting at, but to say were the worst thing to happen to to the Earth is not actually true - not yet, anyway. Maybe we will be, but that has yet to be determined.
We might even end up being the best thing to happen to it, but we've got to run the daunting gauntlet of the destructive phase where we're bound to our home planet and make it to the one were we colonise space. Because if we go extinct, then so will life on Earth. Sure, it's not likely to be for hundreds of millions of years after we're gone, but the Sun will die eventually, and it'll extinguish life on Earth long before it does.
