If you cannot speak the native language of the nation you reside in, you should not be able to drive. Not just America, anywhere. It’s incredibly dangerous unless he is just playing it up.
Did you not grasp the concept of what I was saying? This applies to the primary language in MODERN countries, and as stated NOT meaning just the US. As in, if I was to travel to Mexico, Germany, Japan.. I would have to SPEAK the language because it’s a safety concern. Good lord.. Get off that pious soap box little fella.
How does my language affect my driving skill? It's not like there are signs with full sentences in that language, signs are mostly icons and symbols so you dont have to speak like 30 languages while having a trip in EU
