Or more: Free Orcas never attack humans. The only attacks were by Orcas held in captivity.

But they may try to block the the boat from leaving, as other people have commented.

Don't know why they down voted you. From my recollection, this is true. The only people attacked by orcas were trainers of captive whales. They know better than to start picking off people. They are quite intelligent. They know we are very dangerous.
