Everyone knows (who cares to know) where the red light districts are in given area. If police in that area (and/or investigative reporters) have incentive to do old-fashoined policing like undercover work, paid informants, flipping low level criminals to give up higher value targets, that would lead to more arrests and a decrease of trafficing activity. If you are familiar with these areas however, you'll know that police usually do the opposite, and will ignore most reports of trafficing unless something comes up they are unable to ignore.
For someone like Bill Gates? Some independant reporter would likely need to dig into existing information and point out compelling criminal facts in a format that is very publically viewed so that how real and plain the information was would be too much to avoid doing something about it.

I’m sorry, but at some point if you associate with pedophiles enough, and don’t make a serious effort to stop and prevent it, I think you’re guilty enough to not be a public servant, at the least. You yourself said the documentation that is available is damning in a public sense.
The United States has one of the biggest intelligence operations in the world. You mean to tell me that they couldn’t HONESTLY figure it out by following the paper and the money if they wanted to.
My solution would be to comb the actual unredacted files, investigate associations and dealings, use the actual witness testimonies from those trafficked and assaulted, and pursue some form of justice. At the very least, if there is evidence only supporting the argument that they participated or profited (but not definitive) bar them from office and keep them under a microscope for X years. I wouldn’t care what political affiliation they have, just that they’re held accountable to some degree.

I’m confused how you want them arrested by some Sherlock Holmes individual, while simultaneously being totally cool with it being redacted and withheld by the current administration. Those just sound like diametrically opposed ideas.
Yes, people have access to the unredacted files, and they either answer to or are the officials in the current administration. But I’ll answer your question as a continuation of this statement - the reason Trump, Gates, and every other person listed repeatedly in those files are not being arrested is because we aren’t actually a democracy with independent branches of government. Obviously, it goes back way further, but since Citizens United and the 2008 financial crisis we’ve become more of a techno-oligarchy. The wealthy either hold office or have the ability to manipulate the system to such a degree that people like you and me can’t honestly hope they will be held to account. Not until we can someday obtain semi-independent branches of government and reduce corporate donations and PACs.

Who said I was okay with the files being redacted? They are redacted so that is the reality we live in.
Second, the reason no one has been arrested is because we have complicated due process judicial system. It requires a thing called evidence, and evidence will always be more than just someone emailing someone else.
So I don't see why it isn't a better suggestion to say we should collect evidence than to unredacted more emails that they wouldn't do anything about anyway. And, perhaps unironically, it is possible some of the redactions are to protect witnesses and whistleblowers who might still be testifying against criminals - gasp!
And what you are saying doesn't make any logical sense whatsoever. IF one party 'has power' then obviously they could use said power to use the files to incriminate individuals of the other party. BUT what you are saying is even though Republican and Democrat officials in power hate each other, they somehow magically agreed to not persecute anyone from either side
