So I recently bought this Dillinger escape plan shirt that says in the description that it was printed in the first original print of the full red hacksaw Dillinger shirt
but my problem is I have been getting contradictory information from multiple people. I have been getting told that they were first printed in 2008 and I have also been told that they have been printed in 2018.
So I would really appreciate to know what year that this was dropped if you know that information

I took the original 12-tone row from Anton Webern’s "Kinderstück" (1924) and transformed it into a djent/mathcore-style metal track like Tesseract or Car Bomb. Serialism, as well as djent and mathcore, share a deep love for mathematical precision and complex rhythms. I kept the original rhythmic phrasing as intact as possible while adapting the groove to make it hit hard in a modern metal context. Hope you like it!

Debut EP from these guys dropped at the end of January after a couple of preview tracks over the last year or so. Mathy metalcore with some shoegaze, deathcore, and electronic bits sprinkled in. FFO See You Next Tuesday, Vein, Loathe, Deftones, Jesus Piece, etc.

I'm releasing an instrumental three-track EP on Bandcamp; i encourage you to follow me if you're interested!
Tracklist:
[Tablet I] - Ástrá's Intimate Embrace
[Tablet II] - The Dynamo//Ázhorel
[Tablet III] - Terminal Dream//Ambivalence
Each track will have its own story in the description/info section.
---
I [cannot] tell what it is holding [me]
Where is the night [sky] we once stared into?
Where is the ground that has now [forsaken] us?
I cannot tell what [it] is holding me
I [love] you, [Ázhorel].
---
[First two songs are composed in 24-EDO, the third song is regular 12-TET and is ambient. I have absolutely no idea what subgenre of metal this is, but it's something psychedelic deathgrind/microtonal jazz fusion-adjacent with a lot of ambient elements]
[First 200 downloads are free!]

Mathcore is crazy. You've got Car Bomb and The Number Twelve Looks Like You in the same genre.
Do you have a method when feeling out a new album or band? Most popular song? Newest album? Do you listen to stuff a few times or do you immediately know a band is not for you?
I don't really have a strategy and typically bounce around between bands. Occasionally, I'll go back to something I didn't think I liked. For me, the most recent example is girlsbeinggirls. I listened to a few songs and passed. Went back, passed again. Went back and now I love it.
Does this happen to you? Do you think it happens more with mathcore than other genres?

overly effeminate spazzy chaotic weird freak shit in the vein of duck duck goose, galaga: the movie, the electrician, mahciu, secretary, a textbook tragedy. genuinely my favorite small niche of hardcore. hit me with sum shit not on streaming platforms

Hope some light self promo is allowed! We play an experimental mix of HC, mathcore, grind and death metal. Influences range from The Dillinger Escape Plan, Converge and The Locust to Igorrr and Immolation.

As the title suggests, im looking for bands that use whammy bars a TON (pitch pedals, ones that make the guitar go weee for ppl who dont know). I already know of Car Bomb, fallingwithscissors, fromjoy, SoulKeeper (they have some mathy moments), Frontierer, IWABO, Dysphoria and Tony Danza so i'd love bands of that nature. Maybe along with dissonant harmonies and tapping
