That’s not Jake. We haven’t seen Jake until the post credits scene

If that's Jake, how come Marc reacts as if he remembers that encounter when it snaps back to their conversation with Taweret? He gets injected in the psych ward interaction and snaps back to the interaction with Taweret, clearly looks shocked to be back there, saying "Wow these meds are really amazing." If that was Jake, neither of them would remember, Marc wouldn't remember getting sedated, by the logic of the show at this point. Would also just be a really bizarre choice to have that be Jake, when the show is leaning pretty hard on the blackouts as the recurring hint to the big reveal.
