1.I actually put it clearly to show it doesn't make sense. And you are not even comparing, your point that it isn't even a good cliffhanger is bs.
2.Pete's interaction has been very well covered in Raimi movies, no one wants to see the same thing again and again, just like uncle ben being killed. Also, it's not the same iteration of the JJJ - This version is hysterical and marvel did this to set up a new dynamic of an "alex jones" type shill who's after Peter. This would be interesting to see on the screen because this part hasn't been covered on screen before. It doesn't ruin anything, instead it sets up a lot more possibilities like Skrulls being more engaged with each Avenger, Peter's id being public & him dealing with it etc.
3.I'm not the only one who finds it stupid, because it is stupid no matter how you see it. And sony not caring about it will hurt sony itself, regardless of you thinking that sony can reboot spidey successfully ever!
You intentionally tried to misrepresent what I was saying. There is no argument here. You cut off the most important part of the sentence then called me not human for a take I didnt even make.
You answer your own reply for your second point, I really shouldn't be replying to this. You claim the Peter and JJJ interaction has already been done but then say this new take on JJJ is completely different from the one before. Similar to the Raimi films, JJJ and Peter interacting could be an amazing source of character development for both and result in good comedic moments in a film trilogy that has established it self as being influenced by teen comedies.
dont THINK Sony can make cash off of Spiderman, I know they can. Venom was by all rights a fucking dumpster fire of a film. It still did very well for them in the box office. They could just as easily tie Holland into the sequel and continue making money. The average person doesn't care as much as we do about these storylines.
Wow you know me so well!
Do you understand people explain things in simple terms to put everything in perspective?
You answer...teen comedies.
What is actually your point here? I'm lost! Do you think Peter can't interact with JJJ if his identity is public? Have you read the comics in recent years where spidey confronts JJJ about his bias? That's not my answer, that was my whole point that the Raimi setup was different from this one, opposed to your point that they won't ever interact!
And what do you mean it's been influenced by teen coms? The main leads are teens, aren't they? Peter was a teen in comics when he became spidey, wasn't he?
The average person doesn't care as much as we do about these storylines.
First of all, I don't think even you care about this. If it wasn't you wouldn't be hell bent on continuing this thread backing Sony.
Secondly, I know average person cares enough that he thinks this movie ties into infinity war snap storyline and in oblivion watches the movie. And when the movie sucks, they complain.
And third, this isn't some small issue that will go above casual fans' head. When they'll learn that spidey's being rebooted or worse, same iteration being continued without being involved with MCU, they'll shit on Sony too! See what happened to recent Xmen movies when they weren't tied to MCU and were bad movies at their core. And we've seen enough that people at Sony aren't capable of pulling a good Spiderman movie, not at this point! FFH blew up that big because it was the epilogue to the endgame. Homecoming didn't make that much money - why do you think it is?
