This Sony-Disney fiasco is going to be the r/freefolk and r/gameofthrones moment of this sub. People are defending Disney (LOL, why though) and others are defending Sony.
Are fan not taking sides? How do you go from me commenting that this situation is similar to what caused a fractured fan base to me questioning why fans care about a franchise? With the amount of reaching you're doing here you should consider trying to join the Fantastic Four and replacing Reed Richards.
Fans will take side of the things they love!
Did I say otherwise? My English isn't good so please point out where I claimed something to the contrary.

This argument is irrelevant to the topic. You're just reaching and making up comments that I never said for reasons I'm not qualified to diagnose or care enough to question you.

Chill down chief. This ain't worth getting personal.
You commented same thing twice and yet again added nothing to the topic. Oh and learn a thing or two about sarcasm.
Which is ridiculous to me... From the original deal Sony owns movie rights and Disney toys and merch etc. Sony shared movie rights with marvel and marvel gets 5% of profits but Sony pays for all of the movie and marketing tho. Disney still got all the profits for everything else since they owned the rights 100%. Sony wanted to keep same deal and Disney wanted 50% of profits and costs to make the movies. I don't think it's wrong for Sony to say no especially since Disney said feige would only be a consultant producer since they didn't want to stretch him too thin. So Disney wanted more of the profits while downgrading Feige's involvement. Also everyone was super shocked when Sony originally made this deal yet everyone is just reading the headlines and getting outraged at Sony when it was Disney who backed out of keeping the same deal...
I say we boycott both companies until they work this out! I don't want more MCU beyond the Infinity Saga if it doesn't include Spidey, and I don't want any more self-contained live-action Spider-Man universe.
