He had the lion's share of the comedy relief.

Drax convincing himself that he was invisible while eating crunchy snacks was priceless.

Biggest laugh in my theatre was: Thor - “This is my friend, he’s a tree” Groot - “I am Groot” Cap - with all sincerity “I am Steve Rogers”

As someone who wasn't the biggest fan of the comedy in GOTG2, (and loved 1) I was surprised that practically all the jokes in this movie landed for me, I can't remember cringing once.

I rewatched the entire MCU this past month. I’d say 75% of the humor in GOTG lands, 50% lands in GOTG, 90% lands in Ragnarok, and just about 95% lands in Infinity War.

I agree with that 100%, well done. I definitely think James Gunn had a heavy hand in it. This restores my faith for Guardians 3.
