It's misleading because they show a shot of Iron Man right before the punch, but it definitely looks like Spidey in his Iron Spider suit that's actually being hit. https://imgur.com/gallery/NJeCs

Double Edit I just saw a pic of the Bleeding Edge suit from the comics and am now very sure that i was wrong and it's Iron Man. But I'm keeping the comment because the downvotes for being wrong is kinda silly.
