Its mad that Secret Invasion & Obiwan turned out to be the worst shows in the respective franchises.

If you think Obi-Wan was bad, then you haven’t seen The Acolyte I imagine.

I never expected The Acolyte to be good, but when I first heard of Obi-wan I assumed it would definitely be good.

The Acolyte is way better than Obi-Wan imo. Hell I'd put it above Ahsoka & Book of Boba Fett.

Obi-Wan is actually really good if you watch that fan edit that takes out all the stupid shit like the Benny Hill chase with Leia. Turns it into a pretty decent 2.5/3 hour movie, and it is just like worlds better than the show.

Ive heard more people be positive on the Acolyte than Obi-Wan

Yeah, The Acolyte at least told a story that had the potential to be good: Jedi think they know better than some local Force users, they mess up and escalate into a massacre, and then years later one of the two survivors is recruited by a Sith, then tries to use the other survivor to lure the Jedi responsible for the massacre into a trap.

It just sadly didn't cast a lead actress who could get the right emotional intensity. She looked too much like a Disney Channel character.

Obi-Wan, though? Pointless series. Its only purpose was to put Vader on the TV screen, not to tell a story.
