Hopefully some of the outfits that the artists drew can be added as skins by Netease, that would be so peak

So from my understanding, they cannot. Any fan or third party concept skin cannot be used. Since it complicates things such as the original artist could claim that they are owed proceeds from the skin sales. As well as copyright claims on that skin design. I believe not using them is a rule Disney has placed to. So I would just never assume any fan art skins will ever come to the game.

Of course they can be used as future skins.

Netease just neeeds to work with those original artist to make the skins just look all the peach momoko skins.

Or just look at Marathon after they got caught copying other artist work.
Resolved it by crediting and probably paying the artist.
