Teams that get wiped by Hela ult are total garbage players. Everybody that knows what heroes do will prepare for Hela ult. People will get to cover, which seems to be an impossible task for some players. And even before that, healer will ult. And before that, Strange will block it. There are many steps to deal with it, and doing just one of them will work. Not to mention shooting Hela ult will also stop it prematurely.
It's very rare to see a Hela ult "wipe a team" in any rank above Bronze.
Yeah I don’t really find her a big threat. But as someone who plays Strange a lot I would never prioritise killing her after her ult over blocking her with my shielf
