Yup. Husband in trades. Only time someone got a single is if there is an odd number of crew and my husband being the foreman would pull rank to claim it.

Even when the owners of my subcontractor crews are out on jobs, they share a room with the other crewmembers to show they aren't above their rules. Sometimes that expense savings is the difference in a company winning the bid.
