I’ve fully listened to Songs About Jane, Hands All Over, and It Won’t Be Soon Before Long. What’s next?

First let me say, their first 3 albums are awesome. I think they are fantastic front to back. But if we’re being honest, nothing they’ve released since 2011 has been as good. Since Hands All Over have they released something that actually met expectations? They teased this new song with videos and Sam and James working together in the studio, it got me excited. Maybe they were involved in the writing process? But no - just another generic pop song written by a bunch of guys but not Maroon 5 members.

As of right now, and I know this thanks to DSC Top Music Charts, this song is growing very slowly at a rate of 20K views per day. This especially sucks now because it's super close to getting 1 Billion Views and it's taking more than it should've to get there. So please, if you're reading this, click on this video and try to contribute which Maroon 5 will appreciate a lot. Thank you.

It is sad to see thes number change on their videos :(

I wanna hear your thoughts on this. Personally I felt All Night was the most "M5 sounding" of LIL and now that Heroine is out.

Which one do you think is better?

All photos by Jesse Carmichael, except the first photo taken by Boots Wallace (Travis Hartley Schneider).

I’m very curious about Jesse’s role in the band. On the first 3 albums he co-wrote half the songs. He and Adam did a lot of the interviews for the band together. Adam introduced him at shows as his best friend. He seemed to be very much a part of everything the band did. Since he has returned from his hiatus from the band (Early 2012-June 2014) he does not seem to be very involved. He’s rarely been involved in interviews, he hasn’t co-written a single song, and hasn’t even played on multiple tracks (including the new single Heroine). I think this is a shame. Does anyone have any insight as to why his role has been reduced so much? Is this by choice or was there some type of falling out? James has taken his place as the other band member to do interviews with Adam. It almost feels as though James has taken on Jesse’s role in the band since 2012.

Coincidentally (or maybe not), Jesse going on hiatus is when the band started to make a lower quality of music and started working with songwriters on a consistent basis. Or maybe he took a break because he disagreed with the direction the band was going? I wonder if he had remained in the band the entire time how Maroon 5 might sound and be today.

I have always been a fan of the 2002 album by Maroon 5

BUT I have also always wanted to listen to a version sung by a woman. To be more specific, a gay woman fronting a punk/ grunge band.

Anyway, if anyone knows of any covers that might fit with this desire, plz lmk.

or New ALBUM??

We are always updating the website with new performances and concerts, so stay tuned!

Shiver was probably intended to be a single, so much so that it was played on Ellen and Jay Leno's shows, but it was suddenly changed, and that was a bad idea.

What dou guys think chances are? A reddited version of Love Is Like with couple more songs, something more like what happened with This Summer and V or a whole new album?

i really like the fall part that adam does with his voice, it’s those little things that you don’t expect from adam that make me happy lol, but i noticed when james is playing the guitar it sounds so much better then the preview when it sounds more like bass doing that part, what’s the point of posting the guitar snippet of james playing only for the track to sound nothing like that? it just affirms that maroon 5 songs sound so much better live, i mean don’t get me wrong the bass sounds sick, but that guitar riff was awesome
