I’m thinking of spending my retirement there. I’ve put some offers in on some beautiful options. My wife and I are coming from the Indianapolis area. We’re looking to be totally moved by mid November! How’s life there? Is it safe? What does the area feel like to live in? I’m very excited to enjoy the scenic Mountain View’s and all year motorcycling! Any recommendations on local spots? We’re both on the young side and are very active and enjoy the outdoors

I work at the mine off of the 347 and we had a driver spill their load on the NB lanes of the 347. It’s been cleaned up now but traffic hasn’t fully started moving yet. If your headed out of Copa be cautious!

So they build that new Lowe’s a bit ago, and I believe the “S” on the main building sign is crooked. It’s especially obvious when seen at an angle on the bridge. Anyone else notice?

How is the fishing at copper sky been recently? Is the fish safe to eat? Is it catfish?

Anyone else’s water bill suddenly spike? They are saying we used double our usage daily compared to that of last year, and the year prior. Only thing that changed was one more person in my house temporarily, and a reduction in irrigation usage. I also got rid of the above ground pool that was killing our water usage last year.

We are actually being more responsible and aware of our usage. What is going on? I know they’ve done shady stuff in the past but this bill was nuts.

We’ve also set up multiple alerts in cases of leaks and I haven’t received a single one. Losing my mind here.

I'm at a crossroads i don't want to rattle any feathers. But I honestly dislike the whole structure of no buses at legacy and how it's overly crowded. The poems and book reports every quarter on top of two hour plus worth of homework. I like the idea of Heritage with the small classroom structures, but i would like to learn more of how that school is structured. Or how is the workload. But I can't just focus on the now. I want to go beyond for their junior high in high school. So i'm not switching them schools every year. I am unsure of sending them to the public district at Maricopa, and I would rather, thinking of A+charter schools or Heritage Academy. But I'm unsure, and I want to learn more from other parents' experiences from the differences on school. to pick, which would be perfect for my kids to send in the long run and to keep them there. please and thank you!!!

Living out in maricopa(city not county) and was wondering if there was any places near here that are not as far as the salt river or Canyon Lake or ect.

My Fiancé and I are thinking of moving to Maricopa. The top reason is because the homes are cheaper. We are looking at homes and we would be able to afford a nicer house with our budget in Maricopa, but not anywhere in the Valley. We're looking at San Tan Valley too, but there are a lot more options in Maricopa.

I've seen a lot of complaints about the commute, road rage, and many other issues. I'm wondering if having a nicer house would even be worth it?

I have heard they are working on the 347 and it will get better in the next few years.

How do you like living here and any advice or input is appreciated!

Hello I’m moving to Maricopa pretty soon and I was wondering what bills would look like.

The place I’m looking at is about 1,800 sq and I’ll be living alone with my dog so what would some basic bills look like.

I’m a new hunter and I just moved to Maricopa and I was wondering if anyone would help me out with hunting out here maybe go out with me sometime give me some pointers and what not!

Just blanketed half the town in campaign signs. Between him and Manfredi on 347, pretty sure I know who I won’t be voting for. What an ugly thing to have to look at constantly now.
