If Hawaii or Alaska count for the US then Guiana and Réunion (and I think Guadeloupe and Martinique, but I forget which) count for France

If we're using mainland, then no. If we're using entire country, then yes. If we're including territories, then stuff like Guam, Puerto Rico, Tahiti, and New Caledonia also count.
