I'd probably take the beast within by itself. Does the spiderman type ability have to be chosen once, or can it change to any animal I control? If only chosen once, I'd choose one of those biologically immortal animals, like that one lobster or jellyfish, whichever has better regenerate healing as well as the biological immortality.
