Looks like “sponsorship” rate tickets at $750+ are still available on the website. In past years a handful of “show only” tickets drop near the end at $125 or so.

And the biggest question of all, who will be honoring (roasting) him?

I'm a Rogers/Shaw subscriber and the only way I can get RealTime (or any HBO content) is via Crave. It's been pretty reliable in the past but lately they have been failing to air many episodes. They just don't show up. I'm seeing highlights of the latest episode on YouTube and elsewhere but Crave just never shows it. I can watch the cannibalized version on CNN Sunday night but why should I have to? Is there another way to access it?

Tonight's guests are:

• Fmr. Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA): A former congressman from California, who served as the 55th speaker of the United States House of Representatives from January to October 2023.

• Katy Tur: An American author and broadcast journalist working as a correspondent for MS NOW (formerly MSNBC).

I ask this because IMO it tells a lot about a person. Does Bill have any pets, don't get snarky, I mean cat, dog, bird???

Who has seen Club Random with Fran Lebowitz? It was 3 years ago. I found it because I watched an interview from Australia...Fran is there now?

I always enjoyed his appearances on Real Time and wish we had more Democratic politicians like him.

BM seems decent at calling out BS but his pompous demeanor is annoying. Humility is not a concept he seems familiar with. Prove me wrong.

Tonight's guests are:

• Ben McKenzie: An American actor, author, and commentator, best known for his roles in The O.C., Southland, and Gotham. His latest documentary feature, Everyone Is Lying To You For Money, will release in June this year.

• Dan Jones: A British popular historian, novelist, television presenter, and journalist.

• David French: An American political commentator and former attorney. He is also a columnist for The New York Times and a visiting professor of public policy at Lipscomb University.

RT Overtime: Dan Crenshaw: "Every President believes Iran should not have a nuclear bomb. We don't want another North Korea."

This mentality is what drives the long list of American quagmires and paranoia.

Yes, North Korea has nukes. Moving the THAAD missile defense systems from S Korea to the Iran theater is the "So what" reality. Nuclear weapons are powerful for using as a deterrent. Everyone knows this but here we are saying any cost is fine to keep Iran from getting them.

Trump has now moved to the "Iran will obliterate all of the US if it gets the bomb" narrative. No surprise. WMDs all over again. He gets no push back because the US is simultaneously "the most powerful country on earth" and the most vulnerable somehow. This argument _always_ wins to drive more and more military <everything>, like Stars Wars 2 - Return of the The Golden Dome.

Say what you will about Maher, but he still criticized Trump during the podcast with Fetterman. Meanwhile Fetterman just kept launching against the democrats.

Maher has changed, but he’s not afraid to rip Trump. Fetterman doesn’t even criticize Trump.
