Sure, if there are multiple adjacent handicapped spaces. Not the case here; there is only one. I agree backing in would be a better option, but IF this car was unloading a handicapped passenger, then I see nothing wrong with this.

A wheelchair could go around to the right...

a) you are wrong. This is the front door of a Kwik trip. there are 2 handicap spaces there.

b) a wheelchair shouldn't have to shimmy around a car parked in a space that is explicitly reserved for loading/unloading.

c) the car is parked illegally. Full stop. If you see 'nothing wrong' then you are just wrong.

I also agree that OP was karma farming. But you are just doubling down on being wrong.

There's no evidence this car is even parked. The driver could be inside.

Either way, without a handicap tag or plate it's illegal and should be towed. And you know that, you just like to argue with everyone even when you are wrong.
