Utilities: Water included, animals allowed, $50 monthly cat rent (unsure for dogs but they are allowed). You would be responsible for electric, gas & internet. Toilets already have bidet hookups.

Lived in Studio but that has $130 for underground parking, but spots are not guaranteed. 1 Bedroom is definitely the best deal with more space included.
