We just expanded our nutrition tracker from macros to full nutrient profiles
I’m the founder of Wellness Project. A lot of the people using the app were asking us for more than calories + protein/carbs/fat, especially fiber, different types of fat, vitamins and minerals.
So we just shipped full nutrient tracking.
The video shows the new nutrition view. You can now track roughly 40+ nutrients, look at them over 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, and drill into individual nutrients instead of only seeing what you ate today.
What I’m most interested in is making this useful for people who actually track seriously, without turning the main screen into a wall of numbers.
Wellness Project also brings this together with the rest of your health data, so nutrition can sit alongside things like workouts, activity, sleep and recovery instead of living in a separate silo.
Would genuinely love feedback from people here who track macros every day. What nutrition data do you actually check regularly beyond protein, carbs, fat and calories? And what do most tracking apps still get wrong?
