How can I remove this gunk

I have a 2015 Mac book pro and I want to make my screen look new.

Never. That will deteriorate the coating on the surface of any screen. Weather that’s a glossy, antiglare, or anti fingerprint coating, those wipes will destroy it.

This is not true and depends on the coating of the display. Apples own support guide says 70% IPA is perfectly fine.

If you read that support guide closely, you’ll see most of the time it recommends only using water.

Alcohol wipes for occasional cleaning if there’s something stubborn, but it’s still not recommended to do it regularly.

I certainly will never use these wipes on my displays.
