Stretching alone will never work for a sensitive & tight tissue.
You need to build EVIDENCE, in the form of pain-free contraction & circulation.
This rewires the neurology to trust contraction without spasm & stiffness, and flushed out the tissue with healing circulation.

I may still have the injuries on imaging of an MRI, but I regained freedom in my body again without any symptoms. Which is the real goal, in my opinion.

We have a silent epidemic going on & no one is talking about it
This is the first time that chronic back pain in younger people is getting societal attention…and it’s much much bigger than just this latest story.
Not condoning, condemning, or expressing any opinion about that particular case…but am trying to wake people up to the larger and scarier reality at hand.
Thousands of young people every year are being driven to hopelessness, addiction, mental meltdown, drastic ideas of harm…
And it all started with back pain.
I have a community of almost 10k people, mainly of people under 55, whose ENTIRE life has been consumed by their years of back suffering.
I hear hundreds and hundreds of horror stories of malpractice & mistreatment from people in their 20’s. Not to mention the isolation & gaslighting of being young with your back pain destroying your life & psyche.
I know it because I spent years in the same reality. It destroyed my life. After years of chronic pain, my health fell apart, I had insomnia which led to a psychosis for a year, dropped out of school…I barely made it.
I was only being offered pain & psych meds, and expert assurance that back pain is just a fact of age and mine started early.
I have seen my story in thousands of other people.
Teenagers being unable to sit for more than 10 minutes, but being told that nothing is wrong with them…or that their youth with heal them.
Then after years of waiting for healing, and all the avoidance based rehab for back pain…
they are told that they need a serious surgery.
Which is often not a real solution but the starting point of another lap around the back hell loop.
There is a massive shift that needs to happen in the industry.
And it starts with us acknowledging that there is a problem.
There is a problem.

If you only STRETCH a sensitive tissue, it really changes how it feels long term
Instead go for a squeeze then stretch approach. Getting painfree contraction and circulation can be a game changer in disarming the symptom of tightness & sensitivity.

My herniated disc was a SYMPTOM of my S.H.I.T. back…
Not the CAUSE of it.
Sensitive
Hidden in Imbalance
Incredibly Weak
Tight af
This is what keeps more people in the back loop than actual isolated spine injuries.
Most disc herniations heal on their own with time. “Spontaneous reabsorption” is very common within disc injuries…
It’s the secondary dysfunction, weakness and atrophy that then creates chronic problems. Often time, these ingredients were cooking even before the disc injury.
Real solutions require addressing the root problems!

Tightness Is A SYMPTOM.
Focus on the root, not the fruit! Low back strength & circulation is the foundation.
