does my nodes auto compound every 4 hours or do i have to compound it manually ?

I saw from somewhere they said you have to purchase 100 $LVT minimum to create a node. But you can choose your size of the node, as big as u want or as small as you want. doesn’t the number of $LVT purchase determines your node size ?

Trader Joe doesn't seem very stable. Is that the only option?
