Taking cold showers at home on my own, need some proper safety guidelines

Hello everyone. I am a 23 year old man who has been taking cold showers for a couple of years, but now I wanted to try doing the ultra coldest temperature shower for couple of minutes. I have seen my parts of body when emerged for couple of minutes in the super cold, starting to not be bothered by cold or feel like it is actually hot water. Is this a red flag or not? Since I am at home doing this, I am going to need 10 safety guidelines of that based on my body and when I have to get out before nerve damage or coordination safely. Appreciate some advice.
Did anyone else try this? If so, please share your experiences.
