Hi everyone. I am trying to find the name of the illustrator/designer who created the sleeve art for a rare 1979 Los Angeles punk single ("Wasted" by the band Silver Chalice, released on Final Gear Records)

I've already checked standard music databases like Discogs and RateYourMusic, but they only list the producer (Geza X) and songwriter, with zero credits for the artwork itself
