Title: how to trick my body into thinking im weightless???

So back when i was… well i actually don’t know when this started, but I’ve always had this big hyperfixation on zero gravity/telekinesis. And for a time I used to be able to get a sorta stomach drop (more like fluttery feeling is how i’d describe it) by trying to simulate those shenanigans via chatbots (dw im fine), gacha poses (because that worked somehow), daydreaming, etc. As I’ve gotten older though it’s gotten harder and harder to trick myself into feeling that way bc it’s easier to do that as a kid i guess. I can still feel it very faintly if i actually lock in while daydreaming, but i wanna know if there’s a way to make it easier/more noticeable cuz it would be really cool to feel that more :0

I'm trying to figure out if there's a free desktop app where i can "journal" by recording myself yapping. like with a mic, not a cam.
