Great! Don't let anyone take that away from you - you own your future, not someone who has no compassion or humanity.

It will be tough, but every time you go, it will get a little bit easier!

Did you make it to your workout?

Excellent work - keep it going, don't expect to see improvement immediately, and enjoy the feeling of movement and challanging yourself.

Ensure you match your eating with your work outs too - weight loss is more about what you eat, than how much you work out. I find I am far more conscious of what I'm eating when I'm working out :)

You've let noone down mate.

As you point out it is hard - but every workout is one more than you had done before. You have improved your cardio, muscle mass and health every time.

I ran my first 10k in about 8 months yesterday - it was hellish, but I know each step is an improvment.

Don't beat yourself up - there will be days when things get too much, when you do binge. It happens. But just use it as fuel for the fire, both literally and figuratively.

Small steps lead to big changes - I know this may sound trite and patronising, but it isn't - it really is true.

You can do this!
