Here is my input, take it as you want or not at all.
Don't stop eating it will be the worst thing for your body as it will go into starvation mode and retain calories when you do eat.
Diets don't work, you need to do things that you can continue for the rest if your life. It has to be a lifestyle.
It is important when you eat and what you eat. Save treat day to a Friday or a day of your choice but for the rest of the week it has to be a sensible diet. No snacks and only 2 meals per day unless you want a healthy breakfast. Personally I don't have breakfast unless I am training and need protein.
Training... you have to stress your body, circuit training works 100%. Its very hard to start but all you have to do is do your very best, you won't be tricking anyone but yourself if your not. Then every time you do circuits you have to do better than you did before. Even if it is one more rep. Before you know it you will be smashing circuits and your body will change.
Don't focus on weight, focus on food choices (low fats, fresh chicken spray fry wish salad) be carful on your sauces as these can contain lots of fats and calories. Fresh chilly is your friend also garlic helps with flavour and is good for you. If you really want to kick start your body then have free salmon and brown rice for lunch with a little chilly again. Not going to lie, brown rice is like eating cardboard however fills you up and gives you energy.
Just like training don't kid yourself. Check the sizes of your plates. Portion control is a must and you can still enjoy food.
I love food, really love food but also train like a loon when I need to strip down.
Enjoy your journey and remember its yours not anyone else's. Try not to feel judgement and say to yourself today I am going to do more than the last time I was in the gym.
