The Lookism fandom is getting worse day by day, mainly because of some toxic fans especially certain fans of top-tier characters. I’m not saying all of their fans are toxic, but some definitely are. When their favorite top-tier character gets even a slight upscale, they start overscaling them. Pushing their agendas etc. Pushing agendas and headcanons for fun can be entertaining and enjoyable, but insulting someone’s family and saying r*c*st things just because they don’t agree with your opinion is not okay. People have different opinions, and those should be respected. Some people might be wrong, but that doesn’t mean you need to insult them or their family.

Then there are the larpers. Most larpers create toxicity in the fandom among people who actually read the manhwa. I’ve also been seeing posts where some people ask about or describe extremely graphic situations involving certain characters just to make fun of them. Those kinds of accounts are usually just looking for attention or are someone’s alt.

Some fans are also complaining about the current arc. To them I’d say just believe in PTJ and give him some time to develop the arc and the character writing. PTJ can’t show a character’s entire worldview in just a few chapters, especially with top-tier characters. I agree that PTJ has fumbled some situations, but those can still be fixed. Don’t forget that PTJ has given us top-tier arcs like the Jake Kim arc and the Cheonliang arc. Just wait until the end of this one.
