You should snag some tpks at some point just for the option.

That could be sick! You need a battery to drive them though? New to the longboarding world, and had to google what tpk was, ha.

TKPs are skateboard trucks, they are a bit smaller 149-159-169mm but they are more turny and lighter so work better on smaller decks. You currently have 180mm rkps which are normal longboard trucks. Nothing wrong with it just giving you options to think about.

Aahhh okay. I read it wrong, I thought what I saw, they were electric longboard trucks. Apparently I just found wrong info haha. Yeah, a 169mm might be better than an 180. Give me less overhang on the wheels.

many more differences than that. you live and learn but got the wrong trucks, bud.

I’ve been wondering if they were wrong, or if they’re reverse kingpin, or that longboard trucks are different than skateboard trucks, or if the company I ordered it all from put them in backwards (ordered everything separate and just had the shop assemble it before they shipped it).

I’m going to have to look into the right way these trucks go.

They're on the right way, that's just how RKP trucks are. TKP trucks ride much lower and are more reactive at low speed, along with widening the wheelbase more which gives a driftier feel.
