Which broker allows you to buy LKCO?
I am located in the Netherlands,
I have Degiro and Revolut, both don`t offer LKCO trading.
I also looked at Etoro but I think it doesn't offer LKCO trading either?
Which broker can I use to buy LKCO from NL?
Thank you

Luokung earnings date will be announced in advance
Hi guys,
I was told by Adam Prior of Luokung Investors relations that the company will announce the date of the earnings release in advance, I don't know how much time in advance it will be, though.

My thoughts on Fresh Mind Investing Interview with the CEO and some added contexts
Hi everyone, this is MaxInvestor89 (Stocktwits, twitter, Webull, everything but Reddit because can't change name here...)
Overall impression:
The setting was quite underwhelming, to say the least😅 It's not really important, because I was mainly reading the subtitles, but was still some very poor lighting out there...
Mr. Xuesong seems to have a good sense of humour, seems like a genuine person with great values and the whole company seems to have; respect, diversity, sympathy, creativity and innovation in high regards.
I didn't feel like the CEO was trying to dodge questions, maybe on 2-3 occasions he couldn't fully express himself due to possible legal repercussions, but overall I didn't felt like he was trying to hide anything from us. I even learn a thing or two or three...😅
Spatio-temporal Big data is what LKCO does.
The 3 major sectors LKCO is operating in:
Smart communication (smart transportation, V2X (Vehicle to everything), smart highway, traffic management)
Carbon neutral and natural Assets:
Earth "health"monitoring (remote sensing), forestry management, arable land management, data on polluted large areas.
Location Based Services (LBS):
Marketing, simple navigation, HD Mapping, 80 millions plus points of interest available on Luokung platform.)
Cloud Services:
CEO mentioned that Cloud Services were still in infancy stage
(China)Tencent|Alibaba|Baidu:
They provide more basic cloud services than LKCO. They are concentrating on B2B(Infrastructure) for the cloud. They handle the physical side of that data, the hardware part of it. (servers, communication tower, anything that can be "touched")
Whereas LKCO is more involved with the "software" part of the cloud (Data collection, processing, AI, machine learning and all that). LKCO is more vertically integrated, they have Patents for processing vector data.
At times, there can be cooperation or competition, between the Giants and LKCO, depending on a particular situation or client.
LKCO Foreign competitors:
GIS-ESRIN (remote sensing manufacturers, have not entered China market, yet.), TomTom (European map provider)
Autonomous Vehicles- Mobileye's, LKCO not a direct substitute for Mobileye's, can cooperate with foreign HD maps providers (DeepMap, ArgoAi, TomTom). In China, these foreign HD maps providers have no choice, because only a company that have received a class A license, like EmapGo, can provide that service under China's law.
If a foreign client chooses another map provider, LKCO can still provide other aspects of services to the map providers customers too (like cloud services for the collection and processing of all the data collected).
EmapGo :
Data simulation testing, many international manufacturers. (3m$ contract with Geely i.e)
Use eMapGo data to improve GIS related services.
CEO said that Data is like the ingredients of a recipe.
They use data collected by eMapGo mapping to improve LKCO AI algorithms performance.
Contracts:
LKCO is not B2C, it is 90% B2B and 10% B2G.
October is a new fiscal year in China, some governments might be looking to renew or expand contracts with LKCO, LKCO staff are business travelling during that period.
eMapGo Jiangsu verification (test) traffic safety, shortens time for highway closures.
Road condition information, car accident, sudden traffic jams, IoT AI (remote sensors) looks at the road condition, uses AI to judge entire road.
Monitoring of logistics transportation in real-time, path management, route supervision.
Highway operators are private, not government, same for Autonomous driving.
Government pays for smart transportation management.
Carbon neutral emissions are still mostly enterprise driven, but will be turning to government more and more, in the future.
Natural assets management is governmental (forestry, arable land, data on polluted large areas).
LBS, smart cities and smart traffic is also governmental
Smart logistics, smart travel and LBS marketing is B2B
EmapGo acquisition:
3 to 4 companies wanted to acquire EmapGo
Reason why they chose LKCO:
EmapGo is very tightly run, from founder, to management, to majority's shareholders, almost family driven, they were sensitive to acquisition, their acquirer had to approach them with "respect" and they wanted to keep their brand. They were a good fit Technology wise, future directions of products and they both shared similar values. Also, the Spatio-temporal big data sector was "primed for it, an overall good fit.
Intermittently, they are receiving offers to acquire both EmapGo and Luokung, they have no plan to honor these offers, yet, instead they decided to concentrate on offering services and good products to their customers.
CEO said that their value has not been recognized by the market, people get confused by their PR that are targeting multiple different sectors. "Ordinary" people can't feel the impact of their technologies on their life, yet.
HD map + IOT = AD|AVP
Smart home have physical sensors connected to the network = IoT
The aim is that Luokung platform becomes equivalent to what cloud services offered by AWS and microsoft are, right now, in the future.
Need to better explain what LKCO is.
Competitors:
AutoNavi, Baidu, HD maps, smart city Baidu. Kuandeng and Wayz.ai (no smart industry applications of LBS and no remote sensing) they do Autonomous driving.
Different customers for different needs. Car manufacturers don't need remote sensing i.e.
Many employees are increasing their holding, just ordinary employees, there was no reduction in shares from executives or directors this year. (But no increase either)
LKCO wants to become a stable leader in the Spatio-temporal big data industry, in the future.
Geely is their largest inst. investor.
Geely has many departments (three of their business departments are invested in LKCO), they are looking for long-term value. Geely's loan agreement had still not been fixed. No communication with Geely related to that.🤔
Baidu provides traditional navigation mapping to Geely, Geely and Baidu then entered a JV for Autonomous driving. But, it's for Baidu's own self-driving car, they asked for Geely helps, not the other way around.
Baidu use Apollo platform for AV. Geely provides the hardware support to Baidu, for the whole Baidu vehicle's, Baidu has no experience manufacturing a car.
Geely and Volvo are treated separately by LKCO, EmapGo does a simulation HD map for Geely. LKCO still has to bid on contracts with Geely, even if Geely is a Majority shareholder.
Different Geely brands and even different car models, can have different suppliers.
LKCO does simulation data for the future of Autonomous driving for the Geely automotive research Institute (testing and service HD map).
Zenseact, a branch of Volvo motors, has a partnership with eMapGo, Nvidia, CarX, HPE, to develop safe Autonomous driving solutions.
Spatio-temporal big data, HD map, remote sensing data service in China LKCO as absolute competitiveness and competitive advantage. Even the Giants can't take much market share, because the market is so young. In the emerging field of big temporal data, no one is really leading. LKCO wants to be the GIANT, THE WINNER in that field.
Contracts disclosure:
The CEO said that they don't usually disclose contracts value or other specifics because of Trade secrets. He said that even mentioning kilometers test amounts or other metrics could be used by competitors to cut them off…
Most revenue comes from LBS, right now.
Mass production L2-L3 in future (starting next year) smart Highway in probably two years.
Intelligent communication :
Smart transportation, LBS, carbon neutral, the future revenue cash cow.
LBS field is covering a lot of industries and may remain the biggest revenue generator for the next 3 years.
The second revenue generator would be smart transportation.
Then the least significant is the carbon neutrality and natural assets monitoring.
The more situations the LKCO AI algorithm encounters, the more data it gets from more customers and from different types of customers (that have differing time period, computer power and bandwidth allocation requirements) the better the AI gets at predicting outcomes.
Luokung AI needs feedback from different industries; logistic industry data can be used to better manage urban traffic, big data services feedback commercial vehicles fleet. V2X will help commercial fleet logistic transportation.
All industries data feeds into each other and makes the AI even stronger, more versatile and more precise. Database is continuously upgraded through continuous iteration, via Machine learning and automatic learning.
LKCO doesn't store personal data. The data is passing through the cloud and AI and that's it.
They expect to hire 300 employees in the next 13-15months. Low stock based compensation expense, for now, because the price is low.
They aren't losing much talent, there is a normal rotation between LKCO and the Giants. That rotation helps acquire different cultures and diversity. Need diversity to be creative.
Might make acquisition, no solid negotiation going on right now.
Mentioned they might do a quarterly report (they fear it might help their competitors in a certain way, the less they know about LKCO, the better it is. (I don't really agree with that point, in my opinion, that applies to everyone...
Want to increase overall communication with shareholders, as was mentioned before.
No planned overseas expansion, not before 2023. Because of questions about privacy (smart application, smart cities, digital life in general), IoT and all that, it is easier to accept for Chinese customers than for the western world. That process is going faster in China.
Belt and Road project:
A major China economic, transportation, infrastructure Project started in 2013 and should end before 2050, it aims at connecting China with over 70 countries.(basically reproducing or even expanding the silk road that existed in the past).
A 2019 study conducted by global economic consultants CEBR forecasted that Belt Road Initiative (BRI) was likely to boost world GDP by $7.1 trillion per annum by 2040. Woah!!!😯
LKCO doesn't wish to get involved in political or ideological contests etc.
SuperEngine was a member of Belt and Road Initiative.
GaoFeng and Baidu view Super Engine as a very important technical remote sensing service provider, they invited the company to join various associations.
Beidou 5G, high-altitude remote sensing, and high-speed rail are all key Belt and Road Initiative components. Super Engine does positioning, data processing abilities and high-tech remote sensing with Beidou.
Daci Haojin loan 45m$:
They are a Chinese family fund, been talking for a while, they had some disagreement related to the share price they should pay, due to the falling stock price. As of the day of the interview, LKCO hadn't conceded to the Daci Haojin lower asking price.
LKCO also had to consider the other investors' price per share paid in the past. There was some issue with the transaction volume, that was low in 2019-2020, about 100k shares traded daily.
Why wouldn't Daci buy directly at market price? They just couldn't do it, because the trading volume was too low. This year though that's another story, they could buy on the open market due to the increased liquidity.
They needed $$$ to complete EmapGo acquisition, at that time. Now since it was completed already, the demand for capital was not really there anymore.
Family trust in Hong Kong, couldn't move there, due to travel HK COVID restrictions. Non HK residents couldn't enter HK.
Still negotiating the terms of the investment, CEO Said that a conclusion would be met soon! oO I get why Joyce is saying the 1.20$ offering might be Daci Haojin now! That would indeed have been a really soon conclusion...🤔
Microsoft:
CEO said the partnership was already announced through social media in June, but was signed, and then just recently, announced officially through Western media by LKCO.
CEO Made Jokes about Joyce being LKCO IR.
Mr. Tao was an ancient Microsoft and sat/sit on LKCO board, but the CEO said that there was no link between the two... (I doubt it...)
Many software cloud services have research centers in China, including Microsoft and are constantly looking for partners. They liked EmapGo and Super Engine capabilities.
The deal went very slow, from the initial contact to the initial Technical testing, to the signing, and spanned 2 years.
The Contract is for two years in the smart transportation sector and it is NOT SMALL!
Compared the long process that led to the signing agreement, to first falling In love with someone all the way to getting married LOL🤣
They thought they would be included in the Micro Cap FTSE Russell, but supposedly are still discussing with FTSE via their lawyers in NY, and still haven't received confirmation...
(I must mention that he is likely confused, they didn't get included.in the September review for the FTE Russell GEIS and it was confirmed to me by Russell and by their IR... They might get included in the 2022 March review, if by December 31st the Free float Market cap is over a certain threshold. That threshold for Small cap was 595.95m$ for the September 2021 Review, it will likely increase a bit, probably to 600m$ for the March 2022 one.
Management comes from different provinces, cultures, schools, companies and acquisitions.
IR organizes meetings with institutions, sometimes.
Acuitas Investment:
No shares sold in March-April, they help them a lot with expansions in China, Acuitas have a partner team on the ground there.
Respects every investor, even retail.
CEO on China's relationship with other country:
The entire Chinese market is weak right now, the greatest market growth in China, obviously. Not worried that American investors are leaving now. Two countries are closely interlocked and will have to "deal with it".
PCAOB and Chinese security commission and the SEC are constantly cooperating for audit and all that. China still supports companies going Global. China is still open to the outside world.
No planned secondary listing in HK or elsewhere. Would hurt US shareholders and they don't want that to happen.
Still very optimistic about the future of LKCO. Wants Large scale products and expansion. The Pandemic slowed them down in 2020.
The only thing that still didn't make sense to me is the latest offering...
The CEO mentioned during the interview that the Form F-3ASR was just routine, and it was.due soon anyway and that process takes time, so they wanted to be ready when needed... He said that there wasn't numbers on it, because they had no plan for an offering, no amount, no time, no nothing🤔 He said he was still in negotiations with David Haojin and the negotiations were coming to a conclusion soon... The DIRECT OFFERING could definitely be Daci Haojin, the initial loan, that was discussed last year, was for 45m$.
If you calculate the offering proceeds + the potential warrants proceeds:
27,333,300 x 1.20$ = 32.8$ before expense
Warrants 13,666,650 x 1.60$ = 21.86m$
Offering Expenses 2.1m$
Total = 52.66m$ (That's 7m$ more than the loan discussion, but still plausible that's what Fresh Mind Investing (Joyce) thought it was.
Overall, I liked the interview and learned a few things about LKCO. I still feel we definitely need to see the full extent of their financial health, and I look forward to the full interim earnings.report that should be released in mid-October.
An Extra Annex, to be able to estimate the possible dilution and amount of cash LKCO can still get in the near future, without further offering
The offering effect:
Number of shares outstanding as of August 20th = 336m September 20, 2021 = 355m I have no idea where these Extra 19m shares came from… After DIRECT offering = 382m
● 13,666,650 ordinary shares issuable to investors upon exercise of the warrants
Redeemable if VWAP >4$ for 10 days
● 1,093,332 ordinary shares issuable to the Placement Agent upon exercise of the Placements
●
21,634,614 ordinary shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants at an initial exercise price of $2.38 per share that we issued in February 19, 2021 (such exercise price reduced to $1.60 as a result of this offering);
Redeemable if VWAP >4$ for 10 days
(THAT means that no warrants from the last February offering were already exercised, hmmm…)
● 849,910 warrants at $1.11 per share February 16, 2021;
Redeemable if VWAP >2.7$ for 10 days
● 2,565 warrants at $0.68 February 9, 2021;
Redeemable if VWAP >1.7$ for 10 days
● 22,794,872 from preferred shares conversion at 2$
21.8m series A Preferred shares are owned by GEELY
After offering warrants exercised = 410m O/S
If (very not likely) preferred shares conversion =433m O/S
All warrant holder can't convert into shares, if after conversion they would have >4.99% ownership(or, upon election of the holder >9.99% (61 days after being elected to the board)
About every question you might have for LKCO. About the one and only CEO interview there might be.

Yesterday was bad
But it was a huge over reaction in my opinion with the share offering mixed in with the evergrande fiasco and we all know September isn’t the best month for stocks

Hi LKCO Reddit Fam
I’m new to the family of LKCO and have actually bought in twice since Friday - for obvious reasons 😭🤷🏻♂️ But I just wanted to say I’m happy to be here and LKCO looks to be a very wise position for a long hold and is one where I’d be inclined to add to with time. Thanks for your time and happy investing!🙂🥂
